Arrow always wanted to compete in endurance races. It’s what he was built for. He finally got his chance with Gabi in his last years and was so proud to wear his ribbons and hear the cheering of the crowd.
At last our documentary is finished! It’s being entered in film festivals around the world starting now. Stay tuned for a screening near you!
Rounding out his story is the music of multi-instrumentalist Ted Wulfers. Check out more of Ted’s wide ranging work over many albums of Americana, folk, rock, and blues here: https://www.tedwulfers.com/
Thank you to all our supporters who made this story possible. We could not have done this without you.
After a frustratingly long period of getting ducks in a row, I’m happy to share things are finally moving toward a finished product. We’ve partnered with Emmy winning executive producers Charming Stranger Productions to get us over the finish line. Thanks to them, our editor is hard at work and Charming Stranger is helping us with a festival strategy and much more.
Additionally, we have been taken on by From The Heart Productions as a fiscal sponsor in order to accept donations. You can find our funding page here if you’d like to help.
There are good things ahead for Arrow and his kin. Thanks for being part of it!
In one of many “that’ll never get better” obstacles that Gabi worked with Arrow to overcome and heal, his feet were a big deal. A painful mess when she rescued him, this is the story of how she helped them heal.
After a fast-paced five days, I’m back in LA with a heart full of horses and drives full of footage. My ten-year-old self was in heaven at moments like a herd of half-wild horses swirling around me as Bryant Rickman called them out to greet us. Our Seed&Spark campaign is complete and now it’s time to shape this story with an amazing edit. I know this next part will be a challenge because we have so much good stuff to choose from. Here’s to challenges worth our time.
We have reached our basic fundraising goal on Seed & Spark so we can move forward with production. Now we can push through the rest of our campaign and reach for our stretch goals with things that will up our production value as well as things like donating winter feed to the Mustang herd. Help us help these horses!https://www.seedandspark.com/fund/arrow-documentary
It’s happening! We’re off and running over on Seed & Spark and our first two days have been amazing so far. See for yourself and give us a follow or a pledge. https://www.seedandspark.com/fund/arrow-documentary
